1 Frozen Banana
1 cup Frozen (or fresh) Spinach
1 cup Ice

Directions

Add all 4 ingredients in blender and blend for 3 minutes

Ways To Change It Up:
Add Other Fruit [mango, berries, pineapple]
Add Some Healthy Fats [All Natural Peanut/Almond Butter, Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds]
