We’re hiring a Tech Virtual Assistant who can directly impact our company’s mission by supporting 2-3 clients’ podcasts or course launches at a time, for approximately 10-20 hours per week.
Have a keen understanding of how to create, optimize, and execute a successful launch, and will be able to provide examples of their success.
LOVE serving coaches, educators, and influencers who create an awesome impact on the world.
Already have a sharp eye for details and unparalleled ability to keep things organized.
Be able to seamlessly start using our chosen tech platforms.
Possess a desire to serve as a top-of-the-line Tech VA!
Be comfortable pivoting when needed, especially when optimizing marketing strategies for maximum conversion rates - this position directly impacts our clients’ bottom lines.
As a Tech VA on our team your chief responsibilities will include:
We expect the ideal candidate to have familiarity and/or expertise in the following programs:
Setting up & testing launch tech for our client's launches
Migrating our client's course systems
Adhere to set deadlines
Be available during launch periods to make changes for client support
Report to our launch project managers on each launch
Attend weekly team meetings
Additionally, it is important to us that the person that fills this role has a strong desire to grow at The Launch Guild.

Have at least 1 year of launch experience
